A new district in the old city of Almaty incorporated art into the city plan to create public cultural areas within the urban landscape. CAI worked with the architects, Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, New York, tand the developer, Capital Partners, to identify suitable locations for public art and sculpture.

CAI identified and recommended artists to the clients and represented the clients in selecting and commissioning public artworks for a plaza, traffic circle, and a hotel entrance welcoming area.

All arrangements for selection of artists,proposals contracts, payments, shipping, delivery, and installation are coordinated by CAI.
